What we treat

In-person in Spokane Valley or telehealth for clients in Washington. Approaches include CBT, ACT, Prolonged Exposure, and EMDR when clinically appropriate and under supervision.
Fees and payment
This office is in-network with Aetna and UnitedHealthcare. Coverage and copays depend on your plan. Bring your insurance card when you request a consult.
Private-pay sessions are due at the time of the visit.
If you have a health plan this office is not contracted with, you can still use your benefits in many cases. After the session you can request an itemized receipt (sometimes called a superbill) with the information your insurer usually needs for an out-of-network claim. You submit that receipt to your plan. They decide what, if anything, they reimburse you. This office does not bill those commercial plans directly and cannot promise what your plan will pay.
This office accepts authorized Washington Labor & Industries claims that are managed by a third-party administrator (TPA / self-insured employer). Bring the claim number and TPA contact when you request a consult. Prior authorization or an attending-provider referral may be required before sessions can start.
VA Community Care: enrollment in progress. Ask on your consult call for the current status.
Common questions: see the FAQ.
